Is this the right height for resting your arm comfortably?

How does it attach? Will it slide around while driving?

It secures to your existing centre console using straps. Thread the straps firmly during install and it holds steady for daily driving. It sits on top of the factory console without blocking access to the original storage or rear cup holders.
