The Redback Flange Gasket is a universal‑fit exhaust flange gasket designed to provide a reliable seal between flanged exhaust components across a wide range of vehicle makes — including Holden, Toyota, Ford, and Lexus. Made from high‑quality materials (spiral‑wound or double‑steel‑faced, depending on variant), the gasket ensures a tight seal under high temperature and vibration — preventing exhaust leaks at flange joints. Suited for OEM replacements or aftermarket exhaust builds, the gasket supports exhaust flow while maintaining exhaust‑gas containment. It’s compatible with many existing Redback and other aftermarket exhaust systems, offering a cost‑effective, durable sealing solution.

Material: Spiral‑wound stainless‑steel with graphite (or high‑temp filler) — resists heat and corrosion.

Design standard: Conforms to flange‑gasket standards (e.g. for exhaust / pipe flanges; compatible with 4‑bolt / multi‑bolt flanges).

Inside‑diameter (ID): matched to exhaust pipe bore to ensure snug fit and no exhaust leak.

Outside‑diameter (OD): covers full flange face area so sealing surface is fully covered.

Thickness (uncompressed / compressed): typical spiral‑wound gaskets ~4.5 mm uncompressed, compressing to ~3.2 mm‑3.5 mm when bolted.

Temperature rating: suitable for high‑temp exhaust — many spiral‑wound gasket types handle up to 500 °C–800 °C depending on metal/filler used.
